The Panorama Focus Group meets monthly to share photos and discuss techniques, hardware, and software used to create panorama photographs. The group loosely defines a panorama as an image that is made up of several individual images stitched together to increase the visible field of view, the depth of field or other special effects. This includes HDR techniques and 3D stereoscopic photography. Many of the programs needed to create stunning panoramas, HDR images and 3D photos are available at no charge from “open source” software developers.
