We are planning a BPC Field Trip to Garfield Park Conservatory, Indianapolis.
Hours of the Conservatory on Sunday are 1:00-5:00 p.m. Tickets $2/person. The 10,000-square-foot Conservatory contains a great array of exotic plants and trees. The Conservatory and the adjacent Sunken Gardens are located in the eastern portion of the 128-acre park, which was first opened in 1881.

Caravanning will be available from Bloomington, meeting at 11:45 a.m. in the parking lot of the Kroger store on Vernal Pike, near the entrance to the parking lot. Directions: Take I-69 North to I-465, then I-465 East to I-65 North. Get off at Exit 109, East Raymond St. Turn left onto East Raymond St. and stay in the left lane in order to turn almost immediately left at the next intersection onto Shelby St. Go 0.3 miles and turn right into Garfield Park. The Conservatory will be on the left as you enter. If you pass the public library on Shelby St. you have gone too far.
