The themes for the photo share will be ANYTHING SPRING or A SELF PORTRAIT of yourself (OK to have someone else click the shutter) or PINHOLE PHOTOS ON FILM (Worldwide Pinhole Day is the 4th Sunday in April every year – this year April 25, 2021). We are a small group so no limit on shared images.

If you’ve been putting off taking photos because of the chilly weather you can now change your ways! I will volunteer to develop a roll or two of film for anyone who needs it (black and white, 35mm or 120 roll film). I can even supply some film if necessary.

Image Formatting Guidelines for End of Year Photo Share.

Each person, in each group, can submit up to six (6) images that have been shown in their group during 2020.

Images submitted for the Presentation must not be ones that were shown in the club's summer online exhibit, which took the place of the Waldron. The reason is that the Focus Groups Presentation will also become the club’s second online exhibit, and by club rules, images that have been in a club-sponsored exhibit cannot be shown again in a later club-sponsored exhibit.

The images must be jpegs, sized at 1400 pixels on the longest side.

To aid in putting the Focus Groups Presentation online as an exhibit, the naming of the submitted images should be as follows:

LastName_01_ImageTitle.jpg

And 02, 03, etc.

If the image does not have a title, that part can be omitted (LastName_01.jpg)

The coordinators will have a few minutes during the December meeting to describe the purpose(s) of their group and will show the group's images via screen share.

For the online exhibit that will follow the Presentation, the images from each group should be sent to Joyce Byrer (jbyrer@indiana.edu) as follows:

Create one folder with the name of your focus group. Within that folder, create one folder for each of your members.  Each folder should be named with a member's name. DropBox will probably be the best means for sending these,
