We are planning to conduct our New Normal Focus Group Meeting as an online meeting using Zoom software. You will need to install Zoom software on your computer prior to the meeting. Your computer must be equipped with a camera and a microphone to fully participate. Your cell phone may be substituted for a microphone. Instructions for logging into the meeting will be sent to you by email. Here is more information about Zoom meetings.

Your mission, New Normal Members, should you decide to accept it, is to capture November’s harvest and the blessings of the past year. It is a given that friends and family top the list; let’s omit them from this exercise.

What else appears on your gratitude list this past year?  (Things I consider include my home, car, pets, assorted crafts, wildlife, Amazon, drive by pick ups)

We have been blessed so much more than many others this year. Let us celebrate our blessings.

Examples are: Netflix/neighbors, nuts, onions (very thankful for onions), orange pumpkins, oranges, vegetables, eggs, exercise tapes/equipment, masks, Makers Mark, magazines, bountiful food, boots, baths, bubbles, books, retirement, reading, roofs

 PS. It's a counseling thing that depression and gratitude can not occupy the same space at the same time. 

When your mission is completed, reduce photos to 1400 pp on the longest side and identify them with your name and order of presentation. For example, mine would be: becca_01, becca_02. etc.

• Then send those reduced, labeled photos to becca.cambridge@gmail.com by noon on Monday, November 23rd. 

• Joyce will be sending out the zoom URL closer to our meeting date. 

As always, should you revert to pre-New Normal status, the team leaders will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
